The first prototype MS-21 is subjected to certificate tests in a flight research base in Zhukovsky. In parallel with the Irkutsk aviation facility, the ground tests of the second copy of the model are equipped with Russian components.
MS-21, Sukhoi Superjet 100 and IL-114 models made of domestic components are now at the final stage of the certification. The first test flight of the fully imported version of the MS-21 will be held in August 2025.
The MS-21 is a new generation medium-sized passenger aircraft developed to meet the needs of the most popular air transport market.
