In the Shanghai World Expo 2025 exhibition, the manufacturer revealed the basic features of chips: Architecture, DDR5 memory support and PCIe 5.0 interface using chiplets, chiplets.

This is a serious step forward compared to the existing KH-4000 series, where the maximum 32 cores, DDR4 and PCIE 4.0.

The KH-5000 processors will be able to work in two and four-bed configurations thanks to the New ZPI 5.0 interface. As a result, you can combine up to 384 nuclei in a system.

IPC growth is also notified up to 30% compared to previous models. In the upper version, the chip will increase up to 384 MB cache, 2.0 GHz base frequency and up to 3.0 GHz.

KH-5000, ECC, 128 PCIe 5.0 line, CXL support and additional PCIe 4.0/SATA/USB lines offer a 12-channel DDR5 certificate.
