Experts created a special damper with a special shape for the assembly of UVN 71-PZ. This solution prevents more than the substrate and provides a smooth coating. As explained by the project participant Dmitry Kortsov, the principle of operation is similar to the use of a template for the application of sugar powder to a single type of confectionery.
Modernization allowed the company to save significant funds – the change of equipment with 50 million rubles, the development of Novgorod experts required much lower costs. At the same time, the installation of the damper does not require the analysis of the machine that maintains the integrity of the production line.
Development was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science within the framework of “Science and Technology ten years”. Technology can be applied in other enterprises using similar equipment.
