This is similar to the use of different frequencies in radio communication, but with a much larger data density. To produce such bundles, a non -linear crystal of the beta barium, which converts the original laser signal into a stable “comb” of vortex situations, is used.
The main advantage of the method is resistance to external parasites such as clouds or cosmic dust. This resolves one of the main problems of the free spatial optical connection, whose stability has previously depended on environmental conditions. The data transfer rate can exceed the existing indicators in 20 GB/s.
Development simplifies the creation of high -speed channels between satellites and ground stations. The method does not require complex equipment and can be distributed anywhere. This is particularly important for the development of satellite groups and space tasks.
