  2. Spicy foods and foods that irritate the gastrointestinal tract. These products include fresh onions and garlic. Because of these, the gastric mucosa can be damaged, which leads to cramps and pain in the abdomen.

  3. Cold drinks. These drinks can irritate the stomach, causing diarrhea, abdominal pain and other unpleasant symptoms.
