The decision to create a new department is related to the expansion of the tasks of digitalization of the department’s activities. As part of the preparation of the unit, the analysis of the existing IT infrastructure and the needs of the investigation committee are already carried out. Based on these data, the necessary systems and technologies have been developed for the work of the department.
Together with the Ministry of Communication, Communication and Mass Communication, special measures are applied to promote digital decisions. In particular, the already used tools in other status structures, including the processing systems of the objections of citizens, have been tested.
