According to Bloomberg, the sanctions were circumvented through India: Indian company Shreya Life Sciences has supplied Russia with more than a thousand Dell PowerEdge XE9680 servers equipped with NVIDIA accelerators.

In total, the cost of such supplies has already reached $ 300 million. In this case, the chips first reach India from Malaysia and are then sent to Russia.

It is worth noting that India maintains strategic relations with Russia and although such transactions raise concerns in the United States, they do not violate its domestic law.

Experts believe U.S. regulators may try to tighten export controls to block these channels, but for now, supply remains.
