The problem of concrete fluidity is particularly important in the construction of bridges, high -rise buildings and fine -walled structures. Traditional mixtures often form gaps and cracks in tightly reinforced forms. Scientists found a solution using special additives based on organic resins.

The best results are shown by a sulfurous melaminformaldehyde resin. Researchers identified the optimal composition parameters: up to 5000 units and concentration up to 10% of the mass of the mixture. This made it possible to correctly control the fluidity of the concrete.

The new technology works at the molecular level and reduces the interaction between cement and water particles. As developers explained, this reduces the risk of cracking and improves the water -repulsive properties of structures.
