The new name Erion instead of the “MTS ecosystem” is formed from the words ERA (“era, new time”) and Ion (“charged particle”). It will begin to be used until the end of 2025, Rovshan Aliyev said in an interview with the Kommersant newspaper.
As planned, it should symbolize energy, movement and transition to a new phase of development.
The MTS ecosystem today includes five meetings:

► IT
► entertainment
After rebranding, all directions except MTS Bank received their own brands. So, the Yrent scooter rental service will again become an independent brand, but already within the framework of Erion. At the same time, the IT direction, known as MWS Web Services, retains the previous name.
