This development allows corporate employees to immerse themselves in a virtual environment using VR headsets to train and practice action in emergency situations. A maximum of 15 people can work at the same time in the system located in a single virtual workshop.
The digital twin also provides consultancy to operators. The built-in neural network analyzes the accumulated data and recommends action options in various situations without giving direct orders.
The software was created within a year using blueprints from a leading industrial company. Developers claim that there is no analogue to their system yet in Russia and the CIS countries. The development is being prepared for implementation at the Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant and the Novosibirsk Switchgear Plant.
