Users of Samsung flagship models are complaining of widespread crashes after installing the One UI 8 update.

After flashing the firmware, some devices stop booting, depend on the logo, or go into an endless reboot. The problem affected owners of the Galaxy S23, S24 series and A-line devices.

The error was discovered by accident. Some smartphones are updated without problems, while others are damaged.

Samsung has not yet published an official fix, and advises not to rush to install the new version if the device is stable.

How to solve the problem

There are two partners, and everything depends on “luck”:

For the lucky ones:

• Remove the SIM card after updating
• Reboot your smartphone

For everyone else:

• You will have to restore the factory reset. All data, settings and applications outside the clouds will be deleted.

We are waiting for an official comment from Samsung. Newspaper]
