Nearly 2000 girls were supported to walk towards their plans through workshops and connections with women from different fields of knowledge. The facade offers to participate in the project and conduct preparatory workshops for 8 months, providing access to face-to-face meetings and content from the Plano de Menina digital platform. Eventually, if they want to become young mentors, they can join the talent bank to connect with job opportunities, courses and free events.

Another project is Cloud Girls, which is today recognized as Brazil’s largest female tech meetup with over 9,200 members, offering attendees the opportunity to thrive, stay behind, network and have lots of fun in a women’s special moment.

The meeting was created so that women can feel free to talk about technology and serve as transformative agents so that professionals face the challenge of developing new methods for their qualifications. The partnership between Intel Cloud Girls continues with the promotion of events and mentorships that have impacted more than 15,000 women since 2020.
