AI Mode has a new plus button in the bottom left corner. Now you can use it to open the gallery, open the camera or select the “Create image” function. Once selected, the user is asked to describe which image they would like to upload a photo to create or edit.
The created images can be saved or shared. Each image has a Gemini watermark in the lower right corner.
Nano Banana in Google Lens now has a new Create section where you can take, edit, and share images. By default, the front camera is on. Once the photo is taken, the photo will automatically open in AI Mode where you can add text request for modification.
