In iOS 26, the developers added Adaptive Power Mode. This is a set of background processes that slightly reduce the performance of the gadget to increase its autonomy.

Many iPhone owners will not mind if this mode reduces screen brightness by 3% and limits some background images. Processes also reduce the power of the smartphone, but not everyone agrees to turn on the energy saving mode. The fact is that in this mode the screen refresh rate is limited to 60 Hz, and this is very noticeable and it begins to seem that the gadget is wildly slow.

If you want to use adaptive power mode, but without enabling power saving, we suggest a standard command.

How to block low power mode from turning on in iOS

1. Download the free Teams app.

2. Open the tab Automation and create new automation.

3. Select section Energy saving.

4. At the beginning, select Turns on and from recommendations Immediate launch.

5. In the next step, click Create a new team.

6. add action Power Saving Mode – Off.

Keep automation. Now, when the power saving mode turns on automatically, it will turn off immediately.

If you ever need to manually enable power saving mode, first disable or delete the automation you created.
