The new servers are built with special chips that provide AI functions with the same level of data protection as in the iPhone and Mac. These servers will be installed in Apple data centers across the country and will form the basis of bringing new features to the company’s devices.
The company said its Houston plant came online ahead of schedule and plans to expand production capacity in 2026.
Previously, US President Donald Trump called on Apple to move iPhone parts to the USA.
