The F(x)tec Pro1 X was funded on Indiegogo in 2020 and shipping is scheduled to begin in March 2021. Originally the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 was supposed to be inside, but due to redesign and supply issues, the developers decided on the weaker Snapdragon 662.

The base model with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory costs 684 euros, the variant with 8 GB or 256 GB of memory costs 741 euros.

The main feature of the Pro1 X is the backlit keyboard located below the 5.99 inch AMOLED display. In addition to Android 11, the smartphone also supports LineageOS and Android-based Ubuntu Touch. The hardware is not very up-to-date – the device is equipped with a 3,200 mAh battery and there is only a 12 MP main camera in addition to the 8 MP front camera. The fingerprint scanner is located next to the power button.
