In August 2022, several new laws will come into force in Russia: you can be self-employed through the State Services, tax information can be provided to third parties with the consent of citizens, the period of preferential commissions is about overcome. - As of August 1, tax information, with the consent of a citizen, can be provided to third parties. In this case, the transfer of information will not be considered a violation of tax secrecy. The taxpayer may consent to all the information received by the tax authority, or part of it. It must be sent to the inspection in electronic format, the format will be approved by the Federal Tax Service.
- From the first day of August, self-employed citizens will be able to register as professional income taxpayers through the single portal “Gosuslug”. A notification of registration as self-employed or negative will be sent to your personal account.
- As of this month, the list of documents for the control of tax residents abroad is expanded. In the case of natural persons, the full name, date and place of birth, registration address or residence and the state in which the client is a tax resident will be transmitted. In relation to a legal entity: the name, address of registration and the state in which the organization is tax resident.
- On August 10, the reforms to the law of international companies come into force. For example, the value of the common shares of one type of organization and the number of rights granted by them must be equal.
- On August 31, the acquisition commission restrictions for companies that sell socially significant goods expire.
- From the end of August the period during which dairy farmers had to provide information to the Chestny Znak system ends. Experiments on the labeling of beer, dietary supplements, perfumes and cosmetics are also being halted.
