Today, computer mice are equipped with a large number of very different elements. This includes a sensor and a processor etc to read motion. The author of the material tested three mouse models: Oklick 325M for 250 rubles, Logitech G102 for 2.5 thousand rubles and Acer Predator Cestus 500 for 5 thousand rubles. The operation of the microswitch (or trigger) and sensor was checked in mice. The devices were also tested in games.
In terms of response time, the expected winner was the Acer Predator Cestus 500 (196 clicks), while the worst performing Oklick 325M (160 clicks).
The results of the sensor sensitivity test revealed that Mercury (Logitech G102) increased this sensitivity when using the mouse on a wooden surface (without pad). That is, the sensor is triggered even when stationary. At the same time, the cursor moved more smoothly and generally worked nicer with Mercury.
From the games, the user chose Counter-Strike: Global Offensive for testing. All models, except the Oklick 325M, performed well in this test.
