Intel has released Arc Pro series graphics cards designed for desktops and laptops.

The Intel Arc Pro A40 and A50 are suitable for the desktop, while the A30M is for professional notebooks. They all use hardware ray tracing and AV1 hardware acceleration and are applied with AI and stacking applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro in mind.

The Intel Arc Pro A40 will come in a small, single-slot form factor with 3.5 teraflops of graphics power, 8 ray-traced cores, and 6GB of GDDR6 memory. Challenge for small PCs.

The Intel Arc Pro A50 fits in a dual-slot form factor with 4.8 teraflops of graphics power, 8 ray-traced cores, and 6GB of GDDR6 memory. It is more suitable for non-working jobs.

The graphics cards have four Mini DisplayPorts for different monitor configurations: two 8K at 60Hz, one 5K at 240Hz, two 5K at 120Hz, or four 4K at 60Hz.

Even though you can technically play games with a huge number of video cards, the performance of AAA titles is “not pulled”, as they are designed for professional applications (like Blender, HandBrake, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve Studio and others) and do not designed for games.

The Intel Arc Pro A30M will feature 3.5 teraflops of graphics performance, eight ray-traced cores, and 4GB of GDDR6 memory. It is designed for use in peak power from 35 to 50 watts.
