Tesla’s autopilot hit a child 3 times in a row in a dummies test. Scientists sound the alarm

A team of scientists from The Dawn Project tested the Tesla Model 3 autopilot to detect stationary dummies on the road.

The autopilot hit a child-sized dummy three times at an average speed of 40 km/h. The car did not brake before inspections.

The experiment was carried out under the influence of alcohol at the Willow Springs International race track in prison.

The Dawn Project believes Tesla’s Autopilot should not be used on normal roads.
