The bot works as follows: the user enters the monthly rental cost of the apartment in which he lives and receives a list of apartments for which the minimum monthly mortgage payment does not exceed this amount.
The user also receives information about the residential area of the proposed apartment, the layout, the area, the cost, the program for which the monthly payment is calculated, its size and the mortgage rate.
