RIA Novosti writes about the imposition of a fine on the legal entity Delivery Club – Delivery Club LLC – with reference to the press service of the Moscow Savelovsky Court.

According to the article of the administrative code of the Russian Federation on the leakage of data from users of the Delivery Club, a fine of up to 100 thousand rubles is threatened.

The data leak of Delivery Club users and messengers occurred in May. The network obtained a database of 250 million lines containing full names, user addresses, order data and other information. The base was distributed free of charge.

Before Delivery Club, the leak occurred at another food delivery service, Yandex.Food. The company’s press service then reported that the leak did not affect bank and payment details, as well as logins and passwords. The court fined the service for 60 thousand rubles.
