C6 Bank customers claim the service is experiencing instability this Monday afternoon (22). According to Fintech users, it is not possible to access invoices, balance or transfer and Pix. Additionally, some customers report having difficulty logging into the app.
At Downdetector, the peak of bank-related complaints occurred around 2:50 PM and occurs predominantly in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Recife, Fortaleza, Brasília and Belo Horizonte.
Fintech customers were complaining about instability in networks.
