After two days of unsuccessful attempts, one reinstall of macOS (because some of the programs seriously broke the stable operation of my macbook) and a few long persuasions, it was decided to reset the already configured iPhone and move the application to iOS from Google Play.
And a miracle happened! Smartphones saw each other, connected and WhatsApp with all chats and attachments automatically moved from the old Redmi to the new iPhone 12. Yes, it took one hour and twenty minutes. Yes, there were moments when it seemed that everything was frozen and we had to start over. Yes, once there was a break in communication and the transfer began, but I still had to.
But with a possible forecast, everything turned out.
Therefore, if you are looking for a truly working and free Android to iOS option, use the iOS transition. This is really the ONLY useful and working utility that will help you not to lose WhatsApp chats copied over the years on an old “bucket”.
