Avito Real Estate announced the launch of a real estate appraisal service, it is available in the desktop version since May and in the mobile version since August. This was reported to RB.RU in the company.
The service compares similar properties and takes into account various parameters: price changes per 1 sq. meter in a particular house, structural features, data on the area and infrastructure, and more.
The appraisal helps real estate agents gather information about similar offers and justify the price to the owner or client. Also, if you enter the price of an apartment that the platform will determine as the market price, the listing will be marked with the “Market Price” icon.
According to the company, more than 10,000 real estate agents have already used the service. So far, the service is available only for Russia.
