The Russian analogue of TikTok, the Yappy video platform, will launch the Marathon project in April: content authors will be able to receive remuneration for it.

Russian video platform Yappy will pay users for content

To participate in the project, a user must have 300 subscribers and a total of 5,000 views of all videos posted in the last month, RBC learned.

The user also needs to post a unique non-promotional video on a daily basis. Creators whose videos lead in terms of views and interactions will be included in the annual Top 100 ranking. Every 14 days, the users included in this list will receive payments according to the conditions.

Other details of the project were not disclosed on the service.
