The hackathon will take place on October 15-16 in Moscow at the Grand Ballroom. 40 teams of five people will compete for a prize fund of 2.5 million rubles. The organizer of the contest is the Moscow City Tourism Committee.

who can participate

IT specialists, marketers, designers, analysts, and product managers. Both teams and individual participants can apply, who will be combined into teams before the start of the competition.

what is there to do

Participants will have to offer solutions to improve the RUSSPASS digital travel service. There will be four tracks and five tasks in total:

  • Groceries: Improving existing service products and the user journey (CJM). The second task is to develop a voucher conversion model in the service’s loyalty system;

  • design (UI / UX): improve the interface of the site to increase conversion;

  • marketing – creating analytics for the service’s target audience and offering a solution for promoting the service to a specific target group;

  • technical: create a route constructor that includes a system of triggers with the ability to perform a transaction for different types of services.

why you should participate

The winners on each track for the first place will receive a cash prize in the amount of 300 thousand rubles, for the second – 200 thousand rubles. The service is also expected to use the best solutions in its future work.

Also, on the second day of the hackathon, a meeting on the topic of TravelTech will be held, where Russian and foreign experts will speak and share their experience.
