The Verge has published a life hack on how you can save money on electricity bills using Xbox and other providers in the UK.
Microsoft offers two power modes on Xbox consoles. In the Instant On protocol, the console consumes between 11 and 13 watts, depending on the model. Consumption will drop to 0.5W. In this case, games will not start instantly from standby mode, and machine guns are slightly fixed.
If you keep your Xbox Series X in the Instant On protocol 24 hours a day, then the price will be about 4.93 pounds (about 350 rubles or 5.8 euros) months. If the energy saving mode is used, then the fee will drop to about 20 pence (about 14 rubles) per month.
In the case of the PlayStation, it is similar. In sleep mode, the console consumes only 0.5 watts, while in other indicators it can reach 3.4 watts.
