The Ministry of Industrial Trade of New Zealand for the development of Russian microelectronics until 2030, writes Kommersant.
In the document, the main problems of Russian microelectronics:
▪️ lagging behind international technologies by 10–15 years
▪️ task with the development of technological processes below 180 nm
▪️ Lack of production capacity
▪️ critical dependence of production and production on foreign technologies, including the provision of raw materials and raw materials
▪️ the impossibility of the existence of the electronics trade market
▪️ low investment attractiveness
▪️ high cost of production of components in Russia
▪️ acute shortage of personnel
Also in the work there was a problem related to “unfair competition from the association of electronics.”
The Ministry proposes to create in Russia by 2030 an authoritative mechanical engineering and a preference for foreign architectural design of electronics. For this manufacturer, access to grants, subsidies and soft loans will be simplified in order to stimulate extra-budgetary investments.
