Kulbaka noted that if the Russian and Turkish parties come to an agreement, the creation of infrastructure will begin, and that it will be necessary to open Turkish ATMs in Russia and re-equip the banking sector.

“The Russian payment system is not very popular and even under sanctions. For this reason, Turkey has decided to expand its alternative development to Russia,” he said.

He also noted that TROY will be another system that “will enable Russians to exchange money with other countries”.
