A platform for business digitization “efficiency.rf” has been launched in Russia, the portal helps companies automate routine processes at no additional cost, the Ministry of Economic Development reported.

A platform for business digitalization was launched in Russia

The platform was launched as part of the national Labor Productivity project. Companies in the construction, transport, agriculture, trade and manufacturing industries can use the services, provided that their turnover exceeds 400 million rubles. At the same time, the share of foreign participation in the business should not exceed 50%.

What the “efficiency.rf” platform offers:

  1. Diagnostics to determine the digital maturity of the company
  2. Evaluation of the company’s position in the market.
  3. Plan for effective digitization
  4. Quick selection of the right software and a step-by-step implementation plan
  5. Selection of state support measures

Platform experts will also help improve the general level of digital literacy and apply for co-funding, a grant or a grant.

According to Pavel Khristenko, General Director of ANO Tsifrovye Tekhnologii Productivnosti, the creators of the platform aim to make home and engineering software more accessible.

“It’s not just about price, it’s also about reducing reliance on rare IT skills from company employees and reducing the time it takes to implement this software. For example, the software selection period is reduced from two months to two days thanks to the platform,” Khristenko noted.

It is expected that by the end of 2024, about four thousand companies will use the portal, at the moment more than 250 organizations have received various services in “efficiency.rf”.
