A sharp increase in “secondary” offers in Moscow was observed in the first days after the announcement of the partial mobilization, writes “Kommersant” with reference to the data of real estate agents.

From September 21 to the end of the week, the number of applications for the urgent sale of apartments tripled, Sergei Shloma, director of the Inkom-Nedvizhimost secondary market department, told the newspaper. The worst dates for the secondary market last month were September 22-25.

Alexei Popov, director of Cyan.Analytics, points out that in the first four days after the announcement of the partial mobilization, the demand for housing decreased by 20%. At the same time, in September, the volume of supply on the Moscow secondary real estate market increased to 20%, IRN.ru calculated.

Some sellers withdraw their properties from sale due to the uncertainty in the market, while others try to sell homes urgently, experts explain. Those who plan to sell the object urgently are ready to make a discount of 10-15%, maximum – 20%.

According to IRN.ru, in September, the average cost of housing in the secondary market amounted to 257,700 rubles per 1 square meter. m – only 0.7% less than in August.
