Popular multiplayer online game World of Tanks from developer Wargaming has been rebranded as World of Tanks, according to a message from Lesta Games on the official YouTube channel.

The World of Tanks game was renamed “World of Tanks”

Another product from the same developer, World of Warships, has also changed its name, now the game is called World of Warships.

“Dear players, welcome to Lesta Games. Your favorite games will continue to delight you without changing the traditions, but with new names: World of Tanks, World of Ships and Tanks Blitz!

The creator of World of Tanks and World of Warships is Wargaming, founded by Belarusian developer Viktor Kisly in 1998 and registered in Cyprus.

In the summer, Wargaming sold shares of its Russian and Belarusian companies. The owner of the business was businessman Malik Khatazhaev, who previously headed the Russian studio Wargaming.
