Beer is one of the favorite drinks of beer-drinking Brazilians. an average of 600 ml of product per dayAccording to a survey by the app Corner Shop by Uber, published on Thursday (6). The survey also brings in other interesting data on the behavior of brewers.
Based on orders placed through Uber’s shopping platform, the research shows that when there is greater demand for deliveries, it is the day users prefer to drink. Regarding the time, the peak of orders occurs in the afternoon, between 12:00 and 15:00.
The report also showed that it was the most sought after long neck beer by customers, chosen by 31% of users, surpassing the traditional can. All bottles with a capacity below 375 ml, depending on the application, are considered in this category.
“This survey showed what we internally already knew: beer is a national passion, and that’s why we tried to offer a wide variety of labels in our app to satisfy even the most demanding users,” said the Cornershop president. Cristina Alvarenga by Uber in Brazil.
Favorite brands and accompaniments
As for the top-selling brands through the app, the report shows that Heineken, Brahma Double Malt, Amstel, Stella Artois and Eisenbahn are among the most searched labels on the platform. And in general, beer purchases are accompanied by some goodies and even other types of beverages.
Side dishes for beer consumption with the highest output in the app include breads, snacks (snacks, chips, peanuts), cheeses, fresh fruit and cookies. Soft drinks also make up a large portion of orders, according to the survey.
