Grayver Law Group managing partner Leonard Grayver has published a template document to help Russian-linked American startups avoid being blocked in Delaware. The pattern is successfully used in almost all situations.
Leonard Griver posted the document on the YCombinator social media group. You can download the template from Link.
Griver pointed out that the Delaware block petition template can be used in almost all situations. “This does not mean that it is suitable for all occasions, but I hope it will be useful,” Griver wrote.
After the start of the special operation, many companies with Russian roots registered in Delaware faced difficulties: local companies and agents stopped working with them. Some startups were blocked in the state due to the fact that one of the founders has Russian citizenship or registration.
