Now, former Google employee Warren Craddock has decided to talk about the fate of the project. He worked as a senior software engineer for a period of 16 months in the Google Glass project.
According to him, the development team could not find a task or situation where “the product would be indispensable.” On top of that, Google’s smart glasses were pretty mediocre, including an oddly placed 640 x 360 pixel display.
Note that so far none of the IT companies have been able to offer their own version of such a device, which will become noticeably popular.
