A blogger with the SimplyPops channel posted a video comparing power adapters of different capacities.

With their help, he loaded the iPhone 14 Pro. The test involved charging at 5, 20, 30 W and 35 W. Everyone replenished energy from 0% to 100%.

As a result, the blogger demonstrated possible indicators:

• 5 W: 3 hours 50 minutes 40 seconds
• 20 W: 1 hour 54 minutes 56 seconds
• 30 W: 1 hour 57 minutes 47 seconds
• 35 W: 1 hour 51 minutes 56 seconds

In other words, the 35W adapter charged the fastest, but the second fastest was 20 watt unit, not 30 watts. At the same time, during charging, it was recorded that at 5 W the iPhone heats up the least, and most of all at 30 W.
