The service is known to be called Expert. With its help, Roskomnadzor will be able to analyze videos for lies, and the main purpose of the technology will be the rapid detection of deep fake videos.
The technology will reportedly analyze video or audio by assessing “level of trust, aggression, as well as informational consistency and inconsistency.” He will also be able to compare words with scientific articles and explanations from other experts.
