Supercomputer predicts the ‘end of civilized life’ on Earth by 2050

The British edition of the Daily Star writes about the imminent end of the world. The apocalypse on Earth was predicted by the World One supercomputer, created in 1973 by order of the Club of Rome specifically to analyze the patterns of civilization development.

According to World One forecasts, the “end of civilized life” on Earth will come in 2050. In the period from 2040 to 2050, according to the computer, the planet will experience severe pollution of nature, which will lead to a decrease of the world population to a level below 1900.

The computer in its calculations took into account the factors of environmental pollution, the dynamics of the birth rate and others. Previously, World One predicted that Earth would enter a “critical phase of existence” in 2020, when the planet was swept away by the COVID-19 pandemic.
