The head of the Ministry of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev announced the development of a program for the return of deceased IT specialists to Russia. The agency formulates the conditions of this program, he specified it.

“They need to understand that they have nothing to fear,” Shadayev said, referring to the IT professionals who left Russia. According to him, the department is trying to figure out what needs to be done to remove the fears and concerns of those who left Russia.

According to various estimates, after the start of the special operation in Ukraine, about 6% of IT specialists left Russia, and 25% plan to do so within a year. In Russia, the question of a shortage of personnel in the IT industry has repeatedly been raised.
