The Ministry of Digital Transformation will close the form in the State Services to request a postponement of partial mobilization on November 16, the head of the department, Maksut Shadayev, told Interfax at the Finopolis forum.
Earlier, the ministry prepared a list of 195 training areas that give employees of accredited IT companies and telecom operators the right to reserve from the draft. According to Shadayev, this right was used by about five thousand people who received summons.
The minister said that thanks to the work of the department, the return of 65 computer specialists from the military registration and enlistment offices was achieved, whom the Ministry of Defense called by mistake. Currently, the circumstances of several more similar cases are being clarified, Shadayev added.
At the end of September, the Ministry of Digital Transformation explained how to make a reservation and launched an online service to accept requests.
Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the start of partial mobilization in Russia on September 21. On October 28, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced the implementation of the plan of mobilization activities and its completion, but the corresponding decree of the president was not followed. The Kremlin noted that it is not necessary.
