Every day I use my smartphone, smartwatch and laptop. So at home on the network, the extension cord is constantly busy with chargers.
I decided a little socket and ordered a universal charger in the Chinese market with detected ports: two USB-C and one USB-A. In the description it was written that, in addition to the output power, this accessory is a GaN charger.
In the production of GaN power supplies, gallium nitride is used. Thanks to it, increased energy efficiency and reduced heat generation are increased.
After a week of use, I want to share my impressions, because often such universal Gan chargers are quite expensive, and mine cost me 1233 rubles. The main thing is that my accessory perfectly loads three gadgets at once, occupying only one outlet.
Tests and impressions
Charging comes in a box of thick cardboard, inside the charging unit itself and a short grip. There is no cable included. The case is made of frosted fire-resistant polycarbonate, the weight accessory is quite light.
There is a smart power management chip inside, which is responsible for overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit and high temperature protection.
Charging perfectly charges up to three interactions and practically does not heat up at the same time. With an adapter and a fast-charging gadget, the accessory activates GaN so that your smartphone is filled with energy as quickly as possible.

When charging an iPhone and a MacBook, along with both USB-C ports, they gave out a stable 20 watts without power surges.
If you connect a third device via USB-A, the voltage on all three ports drops to 5 watts, but it also works without complaints and jumps.
Also in the instructions it is increased that fast charging will not work when connecting three parallel devices. You can use a maximum of two USB-C, then one of them will load as quickly as possible, the second is a little slower.
I’m happy with the charger. It charges my macbook with charging mode disabled in literally 35-40 minutes. The surge protector has recovered from the pairs of charging “blocks” that have become superfluous, and the price of this pleasure, I remind you, is only 1233 rubles.
The accessory is assembled with high quality, performs its functions without any complaints and is convenient not only at home, but also on trips. I recommend.
