The main reasons for the dissatisfaction of Russians with their employers are dismissive attitude, salary delays and after-hours calls. The survey showed that only 25% of employees are satisfied with their employers.
75% of the survey participants of the Raboty.ru service admitted that they were dissatisfied with their employers. The study covered more than 3,500 people from all regions of Russia.
According to the results of the survey, the main reason for dissatisfaction was the employee’s job abandonment: 79% of respondents said this.
Half of the survey participants said they don’t like work calls coming in after hours. 41% and 38% of the respondents, respectively, complained about delays in the payment of wages and non-compliance with duties.
7 out of 10 survey participants admitted that they had to deal with unscrupulous employers. A quarter of Russians said they were satisfied with their current job.
