MacRumors reader Kieran wrote a letter to Craig Federighi, who called Apple’s beta testing program ineffective.

In response, Federighi acknowledged this fact. The company does not read all reviews with found errors and wishes from users, due to possible conflicts with the community.

Currently, users enroll in Apple’s beta program and are provided with a device profile that allows them to download early versions of Apple system usage programs. Leave a comment about the found flaws, users need to go to the application Reviewcaptured by the information and sent to Apple.

As Craig noted, often people speak without a response from the company. Apple is aware of the problems and is looking for solutions, but so far there is no better choice for contacting developers on order systems.
