In the spring of this year, quite curious information appeared in the mass community that a domestic platform was being developed in Russia, similar to the satisfied Arduino theory – work on it is being carried out at the Vostok center located in Vladivostok.
As reported, groups of 10 million Russian schoolchildren were to study on this platform – many meetings were collected to count special inclination circles, as well as those gathered in the National Technical Olympics.
In addition, the novelty should have been used in some other studies – engineering with robotic competitions, profile groups, various educational programs, there are programming courses, as well as radio electronics. That this year, on September 1, the project was officially announced in the coming years with the clarification that this year its integration into the ranks of scientific organizations begins.
Unfortunately, neither the long-past September 1, nor even later, this project was launched, and there was even evidence that it was frozen for an unspecified period, citing some difficulties with management. At the end of last month, a pre-order for the first copy of an experimental batch was even tested with delivery dates in the coming December.
For reference, the platforms named Vostok and model number UNO-VN035 are in fact compatible with Arduino world builds and can use the same expansion boards as the Arduino Uno. Built in 32-bit RISC architecture.
