The Russian Ministry of Transport and the Russian Ministry of Education filed a lawsuit against the Russian office of computer manufacturer Dell.

In October, Zashchitainfotrans, the state-owned enterprise of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation specializing in digitization and innovation in the transport industry, filed a lawsuit against Dell LLC and Airus Technologies for approximately 23 million rubles. Later, in November, a similar lawsuit was filed by the Ministry of Education Analytical Center.

It was noted that both cases were accepted for trial. Preliminary hearings on them will begin in January 2023.
