The investment and management company of the N3 group received a 25% stake in the digital production of Escape Tech, the Escape Tech press service reported.
This transaction became the third for the N3 group at the head of N3 Tech in 2022. In the summer, the company acquired the Russian division of DataArt. In addition, N3.Group became the owner of the web development studio Func.
Digital production Escape Tech specializes in the creation of communication platforms, information systems, analytical solutions and products for the banking sector. The company’s clients include Russian Railways, Renaissance Credit Bank and Alfa-Bank.
According to the managing partner of the N3 group, Artem Moshkov, the cooperation will allow Escape Tech to scale up. He noted that the deal was carried out in the format of smart investments, which means that the investment company will provide not only financial support, but also will share skills and other resources.
As part of the partnership, Escape Tech hopes to structure the business, create new processes and form a strategy for further development. In addition, it is planned to increase communications and sales, as well as the development of new markets.
