You can register in Telegram without a SIM card only with phone numbers created on the basis of the network. Such numbers can be purchased on the Fragment platform, which also trades in Telegram usernames.
The purchase was made through the TON cryptocurrency. The lightest number costs 9-10 TON. This is about $16 or a thousand rubles. The most expensive one is sold for 100 million tons ($179 million or 11 billion rubles). It turns out the most ordinary number, without repeating numbers.
