Natalya Kaspersky’s InfoWatch structure that owns Infowatch Asset Management LLC, like her, no longer owns shares in Cezurity, according to USRLE data.
Cezurity, which was part of InfoWatch, develops solutions to protect against targeted attacks. Data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities indicates that Infowatch Asset Management LLC and Natalia Kasperskaya have withdrawn from Caesurity LLC.
The company has been working on the InfoWatch structure since 2010, its revenue at the end of 2020 amounted to 8.9 million, losses are estimated at 5.9 million rubles. Data for 2021 is not available. Currently, Andrey Vorobyov is the owner, followed by 77.5% of the company, and Alexey Chaley, who owns 22.5%.
InfoWatch has been operating since 2003, the company was established as a subsidiary of Kaspersky Lab, and the holding company became independent in 2007. InfoWatch specializes in information security and is owned by Natalia Kasperskaya. Now the holding includes brands such as Taiga (protection of mobile devices) and Attack Killer (protection of web resources: Internet banking, trading platforms).
