Apple has announced the launch of a new warranty program for the iPhone 14 Plus.

The company has determined that the rear camera on a “very small percentage” of iPhone 14 Plus may not show an image in preview mode. The affected devices were manufactured between April 10, 2023 and April 28, 2024.

If your device fails under these terms, Apple will provide free warranty repairs. The program will be valid for 3 years.

If you think this issue has affected your iPhone 14 Plus and you paid to have the rear camera repaired, you can contact Apple for a refund.

You can apply for warranty repairs at any authorized Apple service center or Apple Store. You can see if you qualify for this program on the official website.
